1. SERVICES

Mekkio provides AI voice agents tailored for service-based businesses. Our agents handle lead engagement, follow-ups, appointment booking, and CRM updates — operating autonomously across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other channels.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable laws
• Harass or harm any individual
• Misuse the system for spam, fraud, or manipulation
• Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Use of the Services may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shared at sign-up and may vary depending on the plan selected.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Access may be suspended for missed or failed payments.

While our Services are engineered to improve lead conversion and booking rates, results may vary based on your internal processes, marketing efforts, team responsiveness, and CRM hygiene.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All technology, tools, workflows, and content developed or provided by Mekkio remain our sole property. You agree not to copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our technology.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

All shared information — including scripts, strategies, CRM data, and workflows — will be treated as confidential by both parties.

7. DATA PRIVACY

You retain ownership of your data. We store and use customer data solely to deliver and improve the Services. You're responsible for ensuring your use of our technology complies with applicable privacy laws.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time due to misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding balances will remain due.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mekkio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Mekkio and its affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities related to your use of the Services.

11. GENERAL

We strive to deliver measurable results and performance. However, the actual impact of our technology may vary depending on factors outside our control — including client-side operations, marketing efforts, and sales readiness.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
